FAQ

WHY SHOULD YOU GET A HOME INSPECTED?

Buying a home is a big investment and you don't want to encounter any unexpected expenses when purchasing. Not only does an inspection provide you the peace of mind that your purchase is good, but it allows you to negotiate the price if there is something that needs fixed. Whether you are buying a home as-is or not, an inspection is a necessary step of the home buying process.

HOW DO I LEARN WHAT IS FOUND DURING INSPECTION?

With every inspection, I create an individual report with pictures and descriptions of everything I look at. In the report, you will find pictures of everything checked whether it is in working order or not. When something is not in working order or is out of code, I will provide a picture and a description of what is wrong with it or how it is out of code. This report will be emailed to you same day after the service, as well as a phone call or in-person walk through of the home or report. If there are any questions after, I am available to answer them.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Pricing is dependent on square footage and services selected. For pricing information or a quote, call 254-964-8498 or submit the form below.

WHEN CAN YOU INSPECT?

It is my goal to inspect your home within three days of you calling me. With this and my same day reporting, we make sure that you have plenty of time to look over the report and make your decisions before the option period is over.
